Do you find yourself pre-occupied with thinking about your symptoms and searching the internet or other self-help resources trying to find new ways to help you?
-
Do you often feel anxious, frustrated and restless in the face of it all?
-
Do you find you are engaging less socially because of your symptoms? And does this lead to feelings of isolation?

How can I help?
Once chronic pain has been in our lives long enough, it can draw in other parts of ourselves. Thoughts, beliefs, emotions, attitudes and behaviours may change making us feel, think, act and react in ways which are meant to protect us.Mentoring for resilience sessions are aimed at supporting you on your journey to re-focus on a good feeling and your innate resilience which are present and available in each and every one of us.
What happens during a session?
The sessions are a conversational exploration of your thinking, your beliefs and your feelings around the health issues you are struggling with. I might also share some pain research resources, case-studies or personal experience with you. Together we will look for what serves you and what might not serve you and your well-being. Understanding how our mind works has helped many of my clients and myself with the management and recovery from chronic pain symptoms. I invite you to join me on a journey out of the downward spiral of limiting beliefs and low moods towards a new life with less anxiety, less worry and stress, less pain, better sleep, more fulfilment and a calmer state of being.
